I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ray at Capital Group, San Antonio. Ray is a dynamic leader with a "get it done" attitude. I saw Ray constantly looking for ways to improve our deliveries and dates within the team we worked on together, and was always willing to work to remove blockers for the team. It was routine for Ray to work after hours and generally do whatever it took to complete his own work as well as making our team successful by directly working with stakeholders outside of the organization when needed.
